How did Weeva start?

Weeva started in 2025 building AI and automation for insurers, where every document has to be read accurately and every action audited. Then clients in vitamins and supplements, fuel and energy, and fresh produce asked us to take their customer orders out of inboxes and WhatsApp chats and into their ERP. The technology fitted the problem well. The results were strong enough that we scaled back our insurance work and focused on order automation.

What does Weeva do?

Weeva built the Weeva Order Automation Platform for distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers. Sales Order Automation turns customer orders, in any format, into clean sales orders in your ERP. Goods Receiving Automation turns supplier delivery notes into GRVs against the right purchase order. WhatsApp Ordering is a feature of Sales Order Automation, and Stock Data Audit and Analytics and Audit Trail are included with both products.

The name
Weeva is named after the weaver bird, which weaves scattered strands into a tight, engineered nest. We do the same with orders.
