Before you book.

How long is the demo?

Thirty minutes. We spend a few minutes on how your orders arrive today, then run your own sample documents through Weeva live: extraction, catalogue matching, the review screen and the push into an ERP. The rest is your questions. If you want a deeper session with your IT team, we book that separately.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Three sample documents are enough: a few typical customer orders, or delivery notes with the purchase orders they belong to. Include one that your team finds awkward. Tell us which ERP you run and roughly how many orders you handle a month. You do not need to send a catalogue beforehand.

What does Weeva cost?

Weeva is priced per client, on a volume tier set by how many orders you process each month, so there is no one-size price list. Bring a handful of sample orders and your estimated monthly volumes to the demo, or email them to [email protected] beforehand, and we quote within an hour. The demo itself carries no charge and no obligation.
