Yes. Customer orders arriving by email, WhatsApp, upload or a watched folder are read, matched to your QuickBooks Online customers and catalogue, checked and reviewed, then created as invoices or estimates in QuickBooks Online. The original document stays linked to the order in Weeva, and the QuickBooks Online reference is recorded against it once the push succeeds.

QuickBooks Online has no separate goods received document, so Weeva records the receipt itself: the delivery note photo, the lines received and any discrepancies, against the purchase order. When the supplier invoice arrives, the bill is posted to QuickBooks Online with those differences already named. This receiving flow is being confirmed for QuickBooks Online; ask us for its current status.

Your customers, products and variants, units of measure, pack sizes and price lists. Weeva uses them to match each order line to the right QuickBooks Online item, price orders that arrive without prices, and flag anything that differs from your list. Reading keeps matching current as your catalogue changes, so there is no separate product list to maintain.

An adapter. It is built on the same connector framework as Weeva's native connectors and configured for your QuickBooks Online setup, and the build is scoped in discovery. Pushes carry a unique key so a retry never duplicates, and a dry run shows what would be created before go-live.
