      Submit

      Send us the business name, contact person, and a quick line on why you think they'd be a fit. Use the form on this page.

    2. 02

      We acknowledge

      We confirm receipt within 1 business day and tell you whether the lead is fresh.

    3. 03

      We engage

      Within 2 business days, we contact your referral, mention you by name (with your permission), and offer a tailored workshop.

    4. 04

      They sign up

      If they become a paying Weeva customer within 90 days, your referral is successful.

    5. 05

      You get paid

      After they pay their first invoice in full, we pay your reward within 30 days.

    Who

    Who can join the programme?

    The programme is open to anyone who can make a credible introduction — and be aboveboard about doing so.

    • A current Weeva customer in good standing
    • A former Weeva customer
    • An advisor, consultant, or accountant serving brokerages or FSPs
    • An employee of any of the above, in your personal capacity, where your employer permits it
    • A brokerage network, underwriting manager, or industry association (we'll set up a tailored partner agreement)
    • Anyone else who is not a current Weeva employee, contractor, or partner or if your employment contract or professional code prohibits you from receiving referral fees without disclosure.
    What qualifies

    What counts as a qualifying referral.

    A qualifying referral is a South African registered business — or a foreign business operating in SA — that meets all four of these.

    1. 01Operates in insurance, FSP, financial services, or another operations-heavy business.
    2. 02Is not already a current Weeva customer.
    3. 03Is not already in active sales conversations with Weeva — no demo, proposal, or sales engagement in the last 180 days.
    4. 04Signs a paid Weeva subscription within 90 days of your introduction.
