INTEGRATION

NetSuite order automation.

Weeva reads your NetSuite customers and catalogue, creates sales orders from any inbound format, and creates the item receipt against your purchase orders.

How does Weeva integrate with NetSuite?

Weeva connects to NetSuite through its REST web services. It reads your customers, products, units, pack sizes and price lists so every order line matches your catalogue, and writes sales orders and item receipts once they are approved. The connector is an adapter built on the Weeva connector framework, scoped in discovery.

What ERP owners ask.

Can Weeva create sales orders in NetSuite?

Yes. Customer orders arriving by email, WhatsApp, upload or a watched folder are read, matched to your NetSuite customers and catalogue, checked and reviewed, then created as sales orders in NetSuite. The original document stays linked to the order in Weeva, and the NetSuite reference is recorded against it once the push succeeds.

Can Weeva post goods receipts in NetSuite?

Yes, as the item receipt. The receiver photographs the delivery note, Weeva finds the open purchase order in NetSuite, compares every line, and the item receipt is created against it once the receiver confirms. Partial deliveries leave the balance open, and the delivery note photo stays with the receipt in Weeva.

What does Weeva read from NetSuite to match orders?

Your customers, products and variants, units of measure, pack sizes and price lists. Weeva uses them to match each order line to the right NetSuite item, price orders that arrive without prices, and flag anything that differs from your list. Reading keeps matching current as your catalogue changes, so there is no separate product list to maintain.

Is the NetSuite connector native or an adapter?

An adapter. It is built on the same connector framework as Weeva's native connectors and configured for your NetSuite setup, and the build is scoped in discovery. Pushes carry a unique key so a retry never duplicates, and a dry run shows what would be created before go-live.

Does Weeva support NetSuite subsidiaries?

Yes. Where your NetSuite account runs several subsidiaries, each order is routed to the right one based on the customer and the rules agreed during integration. Matching uses the items and price levels available to that subsidiary, and the audit trail records where every order was sent.
